Technology
At the core of our creative ethos is a commitment to merging art and technology seamlessly. By skillfully navigating the realms of both stage and exhibition spaces, we create multi-sensory experiences that challenge conventional perceptions of art.
Innovation
Over the past year, we have delivered a series of own developed projects that showcase their unwavering commitment to innovation. From thought-provoking stage sets that blur the lines between reality and imagination to captivating video works that pushes the boundaries of storytelling, each creation is a testament to our dedication to pushing artistic and technological boundaries.
Our collective remains committed to continually evolving and redefining the landscape of digital and new media arts. With an ambitious vision for the future, we aim to expand its reach, collaborating with like-minded individuals and institutions to bring their unique blend of creativity and technology to audiences worldwide.
Our journey is intricately connected with the legacy of the former Pratersauna (2009-2015), which served as the location for our very first studio. Back then this club was our expansive playground for early light and projection setups, along with the first steps into interactive new media installations. It was within this environment that the inception and birth of the Lighthouse Festival took place, where we operate as creative directors and curators for media art installations as well as stage designs. Looking back on almost two decades of art creation, we invite several artists each year to develop visual concepts for the many stages and off-locations, as well as create large scale media installations ourselves.
Best known for our live visual performances, we have been around the globe alongside acts such as Grandmaster Flash, Dixon, James Murphy, Die Antwoord, Tiga and at events and venues such as Arte Concert Night Paris, Sonar Barcelona, Mutek Tokyo, Melt! Berlin, Sony Hall NYC and many more.
We’ve done projection mapping on the Great Wall of China, conceived stage designs for numerous festivals like Outline Moscow and of course the LHF and created live visual shows for Austrian electronic music band HVOB and chillout legends Kruder & Dorfmeister.
Our works have been shown at institutions such as the Austrian Cultural Forum NYC, Goldsmiths College London, Ars Electronica Center Linz, Parallel Vienna, Festival of Tolerance Zagreb, and in the permanent collection of the Jewish Museum Vienna, Francisco Carolinum Linz and the Dorotheum Vienna.
